DELIVERY TIMES

Packages destined for mainland Spain are sent via Seur or Correos Express. The estimated delivery time is 24-72h (business days) from the moment the order is placed.

Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla orders are sent via Seur or Correos Express. The estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 business days from the moment the order is placed.

International shipments are sent via Correos Express, TNT or GLS. The estimated delivery time is 6 to 15 business days from the moment the order is placed.

SHIPPING COSTS

All shipping costs for orders over €60 are free throughout mainland Spain.
For the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, shipping costs are €9.

EXCHANGES OR RETURNS

The customer has a maximum period of 15 calendar days, provided that the item is in perfect condition. In that case, please notify us by email at [email protected], indicating the order number and the details of the customer who made the purchase. Once we receive your email, we will inform you by email of the steps to follow.

If the products have any manufacturing or printing defect, Julianea S,L will cover all shipping costs and replace the product at no additional cost to the customer.

If the return is due to causes not attributable to Julianea S,L, such as a change of mind regarding the size, color or product model, the customer will assume the collection and shipping costs, at a cost of 5 euros.
